I emailed Skullcandy customer service and after a couple of emails they told me that I can "reset" my Crusher Wireless headphones by turning them off and then holding the up and down buttons at the same time until I heard a beep. That worked! The quick start guide that comes with the headphones didn't mention the "reset".
